Consequence Analysis

Complex choices often require decision data with clear consequences. We help companies to clarify and make tangible choices with the help of consequence analyses.

These analyses are built on four criteria; prerequisites, function, input and impact:

  • Prerequisites: Specifies the present situation and which dependencies the current system has on infrastructure and other systems in order to facilitate a specific scenario
  • Function: Specifies which functions can meet business needs and requirements based on e.g. user scenarios
  • Input: Specifies the input (e.g. time, costs, resources etc.) necessary to facilitate a scenario
  • Impact: Specifies the business benefits (e.g. faster, cheaper, easier etc.) made possible by providing a scenario
