The Government Agency had a strong need for effective communication and collaboration both internally among employees but also externally to partners and customers. The Agency had many different communication and collaboration solutions with overlapping functionality and high costs.

Assignment

UClaritys assignment was to identify user behavior and needs in relation to the existing communication and collaboration systems, both internal and external. Analysis of technical conditions (vendors, system integrations), costs, and development of proposals for alternative approaches to meet business needs in a cost effective manner.

The assignment also included the documentation and presentation of the UCC strategy and action plan for the CIO Staff. UClarity have ongoing projects at the Agency which includes the implementation, procurement and launch of new communication and collaboration services.
