To be able to organise, lead and/or participate in digital meetings (video/audio /web) requires knowledge of how the technology works and how to hold effective digital meetings. The aims and objectives of the training is for the participants to feel secure in the planning, booking and implementing different types of digital meetings.

Method of Delivery

Physical classroom training

Trainer-lead programs for up to 20 participants per session. 3 hours of training with lecture and practical exercises. Preparation included by watching different online instructional videos.

Online trainer- lead programs

Trainer-lead online program for 15-20 participants per session. 2 hours training with lecture and practical exercises. Preparation included by watching different online instructional videos.

Self study
