RTC Network Readiness Assessment™ aims to identify how well or poorly the existing network will manage real-time communication traffic and how it can be implemented before a possible introduction.

RTC Network Problems Assessment™ aims to identify “where” and “why” problems which occur in real-time traffic. A Problem Assessment is typically performed after an introduction of real-time services when the user experience is not working as expected.

Through advanced traffic simulation, errors or omissions are simply identified and addressed. This guarantees an improved user experience and increased utilisation of modern digital meeting tools.
